Need 2 scoops to get the high (due to prolonged use of pump products), good pump and very small kickback. It's best to stay away from pump products as they are highly addictive but if you really need that kick to get you started this is the way to go. It avoids the kickback that makes you hunger for more after your training. During training you will feel pumped but you won't go over your boundries as other pump products usually do. That is a good thing as you could overtrain due to a lack of rest. Start small (follow instructions) overdose of this can be very unpleasant and screw up your training.
