Preparation

Bake your Delicious Pancakes in the low-calorie Cooking Spray. This spray contains only 2 calories per dose so you don't add unnecessary calories to your meal! 

Spray your cold pan with a distance of 30 cm. For 1 pancake, mix 2 scoops (50 grams) with a beverage of your choice and shake it in your shaker.
