Tip: Use Light Sauce as a marinade!
The light sauces we offer are sugar-free which makes them great for use as a marinade. Cover the meat or fish of your choice with your favourite sauce and cover it for at least one hour. For the best result, leave the dish covered for a few hours in the fridge.
