Suggested use

Dissolve per shake 40 grams (2 scoops) of Night Protein in minimum 300 ml milk or another drink of your choice. Please be aware that this type of casein gets very thick. If you like to eat it as a pudding, than 300ml will be the best option. If you want to drink it we advise to use 500ml.

Usage and dosage

Usage: per shake, dissolve 40 grams (2 scoops) of Night Protein in 250-350 ml of milk or another beverage of your choice.

Because the protein shake has a thick structure, it is advisable to first put milk or another beverage of your choice in a shaker cup, shake the protein powder a bit loose and then add it. Shake the shake cup until everything is dissolved. 

For a thinner shake add extra milk or another beverage of your choice, if you want to eat it like custard use less milk or another beverage of your choice.
