For maximum comfort the yoga mat is made of extra thick 8 millimeter dampening material, instead of the usual 4 to 6 millimeters. This allows you to practice your exercises for longer because there will be no discomfort due to the lack of dampening.

The yoga mat is made of TPE plastic providing a good grip so you won't slide, even when doing intense yoga or stretching exercises.

The yoga mat is delivered together with a convenient shoulder bag so you effortlessly take it with you anywhere you go. Prefer to store it at home? Then just use the 2 metal rings at the top of the mat to simply hang it up to a wall where it barely uses any space at all.
