L-Arginin: Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily. Take between meals or at bedtime.
L-Ornithin: Take 3 capsules on a empty stomach before exercise and 3 capsules at bedtime.
GABA: Directions: Take 1 capsule 2 to 3 times daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
