Sports drink without calories

In the case of endurance sports, it can be advisable to have extra energy, which can be done with a sports drink containing sugar. Hydrate contains the minerals potassium, chlorine, calcium, magnesium, and sodium. This may not sound like a delicious drink, but this is easily solved with a super fresh lemon flavour, added with a bit of sweetener.

Use and dosage

Dissolve 1 or 2 tablets in 500ml of a drink of choice. Drink immediately. Don’t consume more than 4 tablets a day.
