Description

Kre-Alkalyn® is one of the most advanced forms of Creatine available. Kre-Alkalyn® does not require a loading phase and it causes none of the uncomfortable side effects some people suffer with other forms of Creatine.

Directions

On training days, take 1 to 2 capsules before breakfast and 1 to 2 capsules before training. On non-training days, only take 1 to 2 capsules before breakfast. The perfect dosing is different for everyone, so experiment a little bit without ever taking more than 7 capsules a day.
