Every Energy Gel consists of a compact sachet with a capacity of 60 ml. This makes it easy to take with you in any form of endurance training. Don't let the small size fool you, because every sachet provides your body with no less than 25 grams of carbohydrates that your body can use at that moment! Thanks to a mix of sugars and slower-absorbing carbohydrates, you ensure a constant influx so that you do not experience a sudden peak in energy and crash, but can continue for a long period.
