Easily digestible protein shake
To provide you with an easily digestible shake after your workout, we used whey hydrolysate for the Clear Whey Hydro protein shake. This is a hydrolysed whey protein, but in a lighter and refreshing variety. This makes it more like a natural juicy rather than a creamy protein shake. Because of this it is possible you might enjoy Clear Whey Hydro during breakfast as well as after a heavy workout.
Nutritional value
Clear Whey Hydro uses all characteristics of a protein shake, but with only 90 calories. This makes the shake perfect for calorie restricting diets or cut. One serving of Clear Whey Hydro provides you with at least 22 grams of protein, all essential amino acids in the shape of BCAA’s and no sugars or fats.
Use and dosage
Mix 1 measuring spoon of Clear Whey Hydro (25 grams) with at least 300 ml of a drink of choice. Wait 1 minute after mixing until the natural forming of foam has disappeared and a transparent colourful protein drink appears.
