How do I check the status of my order?

Go to your mailbox and open the e-mail with the tracking code from the parcel delivery service. If they received the parcel it means your package will be delivered shortly.

Please note! The data will be available the evening of the day you placed your order.


Can I adjust my address after I placed my order?

To guarantee fast delivery we pack your package within an hour. If you call us within an hour there is a chance we can make an adjustment to your address. However, we can’t guarantee this for every order, so call us as soon as possible.

If you are too late you can contact our customer service so we make sure you will receive your package in a different way.


How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service (by phone), telling us your order number and the reason why you want to cancel your order.

If your package has not been packed yet we might be able to cancel your order immediately. We pack your order within an hour.

If your package has already been packed you can return the product to us. After we receive your return we will give you a coupon or we will refund your purchase.


My order is delivered but I didn’t receive it, what happened?

In most cases this means your package is delivered to one of your neighbours. Please contact them and ask if they accepted the package for you. If none of your neighbours has the package then please contact our customer service so we can start an investigation.


I received the wrong products, how can I solve this?

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer service and describe which product(s) were delivered incorrectly, what your order number is and who packed and gathered your package (so we can prevent future mistakes).

After this, we will send you a return label so you can return the wrong products to us. When we receive your return we will send the right product(s) immediately.


My order is incomplete, how can I solve this?

There is always a small chance we forgot to deliver a product. If nothing is written on your packing slip please contact our customer service.  Tell us your order number and describe which product(s) you are missing. The customer service will solve the problem as quickly as possible.


My package was delivered with damage, what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience! We advise you to make good quality pictures of the damage and send these to our customer service. After reviewing your pictures we will discuss the best solution with the parcel delivery service. Don’t forget to mention your order number.
