How do I return a product?

Please follow the steps below:

  • Contact the customer service by phone or e-mail
  • Mention your order number, the reason for return and which products you want to return
  • Pack your order properly, so it gets to us in good condition
  • Follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive about returning the package

Please note: Make sure you don’t lose the tracking code of your return.

After receiving your return we will check it on the points below:

  • The article has to be complete and in case of supplements, still sealed and closed.
  • The article may not be damaged or broken; it has to be in original state.
  • The product is provided with factory packaging.
  • The product has not been worn nor washed.

If your package does not meet all abovementioned requirements then the customer service will contact you for a suitable solution.

When a package is send to us with our freepost number without contacting us, we will always charge contribution.


Can a package be refused?

This is possible. If a package is refused or not collected from a Pakjesgemak point, the full purchase price will be retransferred


How can I exchange a product?

We cannot exchange articles you bought online. You can, however, return articles you no longer want. You then get paid back the purchase price or a coupon to place a new order.


How long will it take before my return shipment has been processed?

If you have returned a product we will process it as soon as possible after receipt. The processing of your return shipment can take maximum 3 days.


How much does returning products cost?

Shipping costs for returning your order are at your own expense (€4 own contribution per return shipment). If an article needs to be exchanged because of an error on our behalf, we will naturally pay the shipment costs.

Exceptions for free return:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The package was delivered incorrectly
  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • The product has expired (without mention on the product page and outside the statutory expiry date
  • The total amount of the order after returning products is less then €30,-  We have to calculate €3,95 shipping costs. 

I am not satisfied about my clothing, can I exchange it?

An item of clothing in ‘original condition’ can be returned within 30 days. Original condition means:

  • The article must be complete.
  • The article may not be damaged or broken.
  • The product has its factory packaging.
  • The product is unworn, unwashed and must be clean (trying on is allowed).

Is your clothing in its original condition? Then take the following steps:

  • Contact customer service via [email protected] or by phone on 0492-554731.
  • Always mention your order number, the reason for return and which product(s) it concerns.
  • Pack your order properly, so it reaches us in good condition.
  • Follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive about returning the package.

Please note: Keep the proof of shipping with the Track & Trace code!


How long do returns take to process?

When we receive your package we will process it as soon as possible. The time it takes to process depends on the delivery time of the parcel delivery service.


Can I return an opened product?

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns from products that are already opened and used.


Can I return an unopened product?

As a customer of XXL Nutrition you can always return your unopened product within 30 days of delivery. Make sure you follow these steps:

How can I terminate an agreement?

You can terminate the agreement by completing the model form for termination and returning it within 30 days after receipt of the product. .
