If you ever had that feeling when you wake up, the dogs staring at you like I really need to go and you won't have time to get a bite before getting back from that walk. Your body starts to react, making you hungry and feeling weak, you just wanna get home to get some food! Well personally I've got this all the time. So first thing I do is protect my muscles. I take 1 scoop in the morning, 1 before and 1 after training, 1 before I go to sleep. Sometimes nutrition is not enough but by adding this product to my diet I know I am doing everything I can to avoid losing what I've been working so hard to get.
