If you want to make use of the return option, contact the customer service within 30 days. If a package is returned without contacting us first, then this is always at the customer‘s expense. 

For fast and proper processing of your return order, take care of the following:
  • Contact the customer service by phone or e-mail ([email protected])
  • Always provide your order number, the reason for return and which products it concerns
  • Wrap your order properly, so it gets to us in good condition
  • Follow the instructions in the e-mail you receive about returning the package.
Please note: Save the proof of dispatch with the Track & Trace code.
When we have received your order we will assess it. The product should in any case meet the following before we can refund the purchase price.
  • The article must be complete and in case of food (supplements) be unopened
  • The article is not damaged or broken (in original condition)
  • The product is provided with the factory packaging
 If your order does not meet the above mentioned requirements, we will contact you for a suitable solution.
Exchanging products is not possible. If you wish to place a new order (e.g. different size) then we recommend to opt for a discount code for the settlement of the return. The discount code remains valid for an unlimited time and can be used to order a different product oranother size.
