Citrulline Malate

Clinical research has never revealed a serious side effect of this supplement. An occasional user does report experiencing mild abdominal pain shortly after taking it. We therefore recommend always consuming Citrulline Malate with plenty of drink of your choice.

Citrulline Malate can be perfectly combined with other supplements. Common combinations are Citrulline with proteins, creatine and pre-workouts (provided they do not contain Citrulline by itself).

On training days, take half a scoop 10 to 30 minutes before training and another half scoop immediately after. On non-training days, take half a scoop before breakfast and another half scoop later in the day. Mix each half scoop with 250 ml of liquid of your choice.
