Usage and Dosage

Mix 1 scoop of PeptoPro (13 grams) with 250ml of fruit juice or another drink of your choice. Take 1 scoop before, and 1 scoop after the workout. After the workout, we recommend to combine PeptoPro with DextroJuice Pro or Waxy Maize and take a protein meal or protein shake after 30 minutes.
