The abbreviation BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acids. BCAA Powder contains these three essential amino acids in 2:1:1 ratio. Because these amino acids cannot be created by our own body, we must administer them through our food or supplements.
BCAA Powder is ideal for taking before and after training.
You should really think about what you are buying!
There are a lot of BCAAs which come from unreliable sources. We for sure do not want that. Our BCAAs come from natural, vegetable sources. For example, cheap ‘Chinese’ BCAAs come from a chemical process and they extract the BCAAs from hair or feathers. Many brands do not tell how the BCAAs are being produced, so be aware of that.
Not only are the sources premium but also the amount of BCAAs are premium. We offer 80% BCAAs and not a lot of fillers and other stuff. Even lab test show that we offer 80% BCAAs and that is much better than competitors.
BCAA Powder is also suitable for a vegan lifestyle.
Suggested use
Mix 10 grams (2 scoops) of BCAA Powder with 250 ml of your drink of choice and drink it around the time of your training. BCAA Powder can be taken before, during and/or immediately after training. BCAA Powder can be perfectly combined with Dextro Juice Pro and Waxy Maize.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Q) What is the difference with BCAA 4:1:1?
A) BCAA Powder is divided in 2:1:1 (Leucine, valine and Isoleucine) whereas BCAA 4:1:1 contains more Leucine. We recommend people over 35 years old to take BCAA 4:1:1 because their need for Leucine is higher.
Q) Can I use BCAA Powder both in bulk as in a diet?
A) BCAAs are mostly used during a diet, but if you want you can use it in a bulk as well.
Q) Are there any side effects when using BCAA’s?
A) No, the use of BCAA’s is completely safe.
