Ideal ratio of glucose and fructose

In IsoTonic Pro, we use a glucose-fructose ratio of 2:1. This means that in addition to glucose (also known as maltodextrin), it also contains fructose (also known as fruit sugar). Because the fructose is broken down in a different way than glucose, it also enters the bloodstream in a different way, so that the absorption by the body is optimal. There are even studies that show that you can increase carbohydrate intake by up to 30 grams per hour! Complicated?
