Beta Alanine

On training days, take 1 serving (2.5 g) before breakfast and 1 serving 30–45 minutes before training. On rest days, only take 1 serving before breakfast. Mix the recommended amount (2.5 g, equal to half a scoop) with 250 ml of liquid of your choice and drink immediately. For optimal absorption and effect, Beta Alanine can be combined with DextroJuice Pro or Waxy Maize, and as a post-workout supplement with Essential Amino Stack.
