Calcium & Magnesium - 120 capsules

Yes, it can be used in combination with other supplements without any problem, as long as they do not contain large amounts of calcium and/or magnesium. We do recommend not taking calcium at the same time as zinc. This is in no way harmful, but calcium and zinc are known to compete with each other for absorption. To ensure the highest possible absorption, we therefore recommend taking any zinc supplement at a different time of day from Calcium & Magnesium.

Take 1 capsule twice daily, preferably during a meal with a glass of water, for example at breakfast and dinner. This way, the supplement is well absorbed and easily fits into your daily routine. Do not take more than 3 capsules per day.

Store Calcium & Magnesium in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always close the packaging tightly after use and keep it out of reach of children. This way, the product stays in optimal condition, and you can count on the same top quality every time.
