How many protein shakes can I consume per day

The amount of protein you have to take in each day varies per person. If you do not exercise, the rule of thumb is about 0.8 grams per kilo of body weight. If you work out regularly and want to build your muscle mass, you can aim for 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per kilo of body weight. In practice, most people will not get enough protein from their normal food, and a protein shake is a good alternative.
